United Arab Bank congratulates Cupola Teleservices on its 'Call Centre OSP of the Year' award

United Arab Bank (UAB), the Bank of the Year in the UAE as voted by the Financial Times London and the UAE's fastest growing bank, congratulates Cupola Teleservices (CTS), the region's leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and contact centre services, on its recent win as 'Call Centre OSP (Outsourced Service Provider) of the Year' at the 2012 Middle East Call Centre Awards.

Cupola and UAB strengthened their relationship earlier this year following the signing of a contract extension to provide CTS outsourcing services. As part of the agreement, CTS will continue to support UAB's rapid growth through its complete contact centre solutions offering. In addition to providing multi-language voice support on core banking services to UAB's existing and potential retail customers, CTS will continue to collaborate with UAB to develop analytical tools designed to help optimise UAB's operations using real-time call data.
