Cupola Teleservices (CTS) recognised again as "Call Centre OSP of the Year"

Cupola Teleservices (CTS) reaffirmed its status as the Middle East's leading contact centre and business process outsourcing services provider having retained the award for "Call Centre OSP (Outsourced Service Provider) of the Year" at the 2012 Middle East Call Centre Awards organised by INSIGHTS.

In addition to receiving the most coveted award at the ceremony, CTS was nominated in 15 categories and won several other industry accolades including Call Centre Manager of the Year (Khurram Iqbal), Longevity Award for longest serving customer contract and Best Sales Programme.
