Cupola Group MEA chosen as Founding Partner of Dubai's e-commerce hub 'Matajircom'

Cupola Group MEA, the region's leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and contact centre services, is partnering with Economic Zones World (EZW) and Dubai Customs in launching the world's first purpose built e-commerce hub "Matajircom".  The Matajircom e-commerce project will position EZW as the global hub of the growing online retail economy and Dubai Customs as the world's leader in facilitating international trade.

Cupola Group MEA, the region's leading provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and contact centre services,  announced that the Company was featured in a World Economic Forum (WEF) report presented at its January 2014 Davos, Switzerland meeting. The report featured Cupola Group MEA as an example of an entrepreneurial company that has successfully built and maintained a business solutions platform for a global customer base. The report was published in collaboration with Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, Ernst & Young and Endeavor.

Cupola Teleservices (CTS) reaffirmed its status as the Middle East's leading contact centre and business process outsourcing services provider having retained the award for "Call Centre OSP (Outsourced Service Provider) of the Year" at the 2012 Middle East Call Centre Awards organised by INSIGHTS. In addition to receiving the most coveted award at the ceremony, CTS was nominated in 15 categories and won several other industry accolades including Call Centre Manager of the Year (Khurram Iqbal), Longevity Award for longest serving customer contract and Best Sales Programme.
