We successfully set up the contact center in time for the opening and eventually transferred it to be managed by Atlantis. The process normally takes 6-8 weeks but we managed to do it in 2 weeks.

We then advise on technology and infrastructure, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workforce management, quality management and business continuity planning. Next, we run the contact center for you while we train you on the operations. Lastly, we hand over contact center management in a phased manner to minimize operational disruption.
